Liverpool Phil at the Proms in HD on iPlayer

A party of more than 40 'Friends of the Phil' travelled to London with Stacey Friend from Maestro last week to attend the Liverpool Phil's 'sell-out' Prom at the Royal Albert Hall.

Maestro Vasily Petrenko was joined by Macedonian born pianist, Simon Trpceski in a programme including Tchaikovsky's Manfred Symphony and Rachmaninov Piano Concerto No.2

The concert was shown on BBC2 last Saturday night but for anyone who missed that opportunity, it can be downloaded or watched again in 'HD' on the BBC iPlayer.

Do give it a try - the quality (and of course the concert!) is superb.
