Once you have chosen a tour, read through the booking conditions, complete the Booking Form and send it with your deposit and insurance premium (or details of your existing policy) to our office in Liverpool. If the holiday shows Limited Availability please call us free of charge at 0800 678 5747 (or from the U.S. 800 213 1104) and we will hold an option for you. If it shows Sold Out we will be happy to add you to our waiting list.

For those who wish to make a shorter visit we offering a six night hotel stay departing from Manchester or London to Beijing on the 18th, arrival 19th so you have a full day to rest and relax before the main party arrive from Xi'an.
The programme is then the same as the main party for the next five nights including the Petrenko/RLPO concert at the Egg.
