To the right of this panel you can scroll through each of our itineraries, print a complete fact sheet, booking conditions and a booking form. Once you have chosen a tour, read through the booking conditions, complete the Booking Form and send it with your deposit and insurance premium (or details of your existing policy) to our office in Liverpool. If the holiday shows Limited Availability please call us free of charge at 0800 678 5747 (or from the U.S. 800 213 1104) and we will hold an option for you. If it shows Sold Out we will be happy to add you to our waiting list.

SOLD OUT Many of our clients have experienced the delightful setting and wonderful food of the Hotel Stella d'Italia at San Mamete on the Italian side of Lake Lugano. The 'Stella' was built in 1910 and the family 'Ortelli', now in their 4th generation, continue to run the hotel with great style.
For 2010 we are offering a week-long 'residence' which will include some music, great food, an Italian cookery class (or two!), lots of relaxation and sightseeing around the Italian lakes of Como & Lugano and the Swiss 'Canton Ticino'.
Unlike many Italian hotels, ALL of the rooms at the Stella directly face the lake and most have balcony or terrace. The only difference between 'standard' and 'superior' category is the size of the room. The hotel has a relaxing lounge/library and bar as well as a lakeside 'lido' and their own rowing boat!
Once each day the Swiss steamer stops at the hotel's pier on the way from Lugano to Porlezza. There is also a local bus service several times each day connecting San Mamete with Menaggio (Lake Como) in one direction and Lugano (just 9km away) in the other. Dinner is served in the garden.
